Unified Transit’s Independent Service Provider (ISP) program is more than a business opportunity—it’s a chance to lead with purpose. As a Unified ISP, you’ll operate your own transportation business, backed by our tools, training, and technology. Together, we’ll serve communities with care, reliability, and integrity.

We’re looking for hands-on leaders ready to build something meaningful—not just manage logistics, but make a lasting difference. Our most successful ISPs care deeply about people, thrive in dynamic environments, and take pride in developing high-performing teams of Mobility Care Associates.
Create a supportive culture that helps your drivers succeed—and stay. You’ll be responsible for growing your business while delivering exceptional service to riders who depend on you.
This isn’t a side hustle. It’s a full-time opportunity for leaders who want to be deeply involved in hiring, training, problem-solving, and uplifting their team every day.
We equip you with technology, tools, and dedicated support, but you bring the grit, energy, and leadership. The future of your business depends on you, and we’ll be with you every mile.

To be considered for the Unified ISP program, you must have:
Legal right to operate a business in the U.S.
